Vladimir Avdeev’s graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute, the faculty of Economics and management, holds CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) degree.  He speaks English and French.

He‘s been working in the commercial real estate market since 2002. He worked as the head of the department of warehouse and industrial real estate of Swiss Realty Group.

In 2005, Vladimir Avdeev founded the consulting company S.A. Ricci, and now it is the largest Russian company, operating in the commercial and residential real estate market.

During his work in the real estate market he carried out the management of investment transactions, buying and selling both platforms for development and stabilized assets to many Russian and international companies; he structured the attracting of joint-stock and debt financing for the development of residential and commercial real estate, totaling $650 million.

The implemented projects include the development and realization of the industrial complex Springs Park, the realization of Dresdner Bank’s main office in Russia, the structuring of a joint venture for many international investors, including Parkridge Holdings, the structuring of investment purchases of office and warehouse real estate, the investments and development of the residential complex Chaika, the development of projects in the apartments’ segment, a new market segment for Moscow, and many other projects.

According to the annual rating of the magazine Commercial Real Estate «CRE 100», he is among the "golden hundred" most influential people in the commercial real estate market.
